I Shop At Home - a Canadian Shopping Network website was founded in May 2003. It expanded services in April 2008 to provide a directory of Canadian direct sales companies which offer products for sale and representative business opportunities. I realized the need for an online site which offered secure shopping, and combined it with direct sales products which offer a plethora of wares to choose from. All products listed are Canadian based which keep shipping costs down and keep shopping local.

As a former Tupperware Manager, I designed I Shop At Home with a personal, intimate atmosphere so shoppers could get a neighborly feel for each direct sales representative listed on the site. I want people to meet the people they want to buy from, to feel secure, and at home, and have a pleasant experience when they shop here.

Knowing that security and scams are valid concerns for online shoppers, I also created an application process to verify each vendor listing products or business opportunities. I wanted to check each business and salesperson to be sure they are legitimate. A culture of reliability and comfortable shopping has resulted from our passion for ensuring I Shop At Home is a leading resource for personal shopping and unique products.

Providing affordable advertising for direct sales representatives was part of my mission when reorganizing I Shop At Home. As a former direct sales consultant, I understood the costs-and work-involved in finding reputable places to advertise. I Shop At Home offers advertising for products, home party listings and direct sales jobs. Representatives are listed by company and location, so shoppers can locate representatives in their own neighborhood or town. We offer online shopping, catalogs, home shows and party listings all from local consultants. It really gives the site a personal touch.

Products from local artisans and crafters are also available on our site, and we intends to continue expanding throughout the year.
