Fashionable Roots Sweatpants

Brrrrrr, it’s cold!

Going out for a short walk has been brutal lately with the weather we've been having.

But I need to drop off my kid at the bus stop every day and I've been dreading this routine daily. Forget wearing jeans - it's the worse pants to wear outside in winter.  My yoga pants are so thin and cold on my skin, even if I wear them with tights and I hate tights.  Tried wearing my older kids snow pants but I found them too bulky.

So I was forced to shop for a warm pair of pants this week.  I needed some thing warm. I decided to go for fleece pants that doesn’t look like my grandmothers.  Luckily I found some fabulous selections at Roots.ca.  And surprisingly, I found one with a little pouch for my blackberry! This might not be a big deal to some but I don't like putting my phone in my coat pocket because it's hard to dig it out wearing thick gloves.

I wore it when I took my daughter tobagooning and I stayed warm. It goes really well with any ugg boots - real of fake ones:)
