Logging in:
1. Why can’t I log in?
If you can’t log in, it might be due to the following:
- wrong username (this is your e-mail address you used to register)
- it might be that you are trying to use a wrong e-mail, different from what you used on your registration
- wrong password
- case sensitive - check to make sure you are not typing it in CAPS
- your account is suspended
2. I forgot my password - what should I do?
If you forgot your username or password, use the "i forgot my password" right underneath the log in box to retrieve new password from the system.
Profiles:
3. How do I update my profile?
- you can update your profile anytime, just log in using the log in box on the left panel on any page.
Membership:
4. How do I cancel my Membership?
- To cancel your membership, check your latest invoice from paypal where you will find a link for "details" of the transaction. Follow that link and you will see an option to cancel your membership.
5. I sell more than one products/more than one company. How can I promote both?
- If you sell for two companies, you have two options:
- Promote both companies on your profile page. Simply log into your account and edit your profile. If you do this you only pay for 1 membership.
- Best option that several members do is to create another membership profile for your other company. With this option, it is understood that you have a separate e-mail address for your second business. The system use your e-mail address as your log in username. In other words you can't use one e-mail address for two membership. To create another membership profile, click here.
