Why can’t I log in?

If you can’t log in, it might be due to the following:

• wrong username (this is your e-mail address you used to register)
• it might be that you are trying to use a wrong e-mail, different from what you used on your registration
• wrong password
• case sensitive - check to make sure you are not typing it in CAPS
• your account is suspended

I forgot my password - what should I do?

If you forgot your username or password, use the "i forgot my password" right underneath the log in box to retrieve new password from the system.
