Make Your Business Cards

I’ve decided to get some new business cards last night and after surfing the net looking options, I settled with Vista Prints.  I’ve used them before but I thought I’d try to see if there’s anything else better.  But nothing beats their price for me.

I’ve always been happy with Vista Prints. Although, I’ve tried other printers, I’ve always come back to Vista.  I’ve ordered several items from them.

My fist order was their FREE business card.  I only had to pay the shipping which came to about $14.00 for 250 business cards.  Not bad.  The only thing I didn’t like was the word vista prints at the back of the card.  For me, it showed how cheap I was:)  The process was easy, I simply chose the template and fill in the blanks.

My second order was a Christmas greeting card.  I uploaded a family picture and chose the design and viola, my personalize family Christmas card was delivered and I was very pleased.

Last year, I tried their Premium Business Card.  This option allows you to use better quality paper, template, and an option to upload your own logo or design. 

Great Customer Service

When I uploaded my order last night, I realized I made a spelling error.  I thought I double checked it before uploading but apparently not.  I frantically e-mailed them. Then I read in their policy that once the order is process, they can not refund or cancel the order that is why you have to proofread your order before hitting the send button.

Without waiting for the e-mail reply, I called the customer help  first thing this morning and spoke to a very understanding customer service rep who assisted me all the way until the order was fixed and completed.

I am definitely a happy customer:)
