I can’t say enough good things about Mineral Powders!

organic mineral Foundation

As a certified Aesthetician, I use mineral foundations exclusively on myself and my make-up clients.  Not all mineral powders are created equal.  So try them and see how it suits your skin.  But I highly recommend mineral foundations for oily skin and/or sensitive skin.

Mineral powder is made of natural minerals, no talk, therefore anti-inflammatory  and very skin friendly, especially individual suffering from acne or skin blemishes.  Dermatologist use mineral foundations after facial corrections. It gives the skin a natural look.

Top your foundation with a mineral blush or bronzing powder to achieve the natural glow we all want.  It can also be use as a  natural sunscreen.

Keep in mind that when applying natural mineral powder, a little goes a long way.  The trick is to apply just enough with a powder brush, wait a bit  and then apply some more as needed.  Too much of it can make your skin look dry.

I don’t recommend mineral powder for mature and dry skin, instead, use liquid mineral foundation.

Anita Kaiser from Miorganic.ca sent me this holiday must have.  This Bronzing Dust could be used to extend the life of your summer tan or as a blush.  I use my bronzer as a blush. Just don’t overdo it or you end up looking  orangy fried:)
